Intro

   Angra is a Brazilian power metal band, formed in São Paulo in 1991 by vocalist and keyboardist Andre Matos and guitarists Rafael Bittencourt and André Linhares. This epic band formed by Rafael Bittencourt and Andre Matos was born with the proposal to merge the aggressiveness of Heavy Metal, Brazilian ethnic rhythms (Hometown of both), and also the sophistication of classical music.

Music

   Like the mythical goddess of fire from which they take their name, Angra is a band that balances grace and beauty, with devastating power.
